How to Lose Weight
Okay, I can't really tell you how to lose weight. I can only give you some ideas. You need to take it from there.
Forget the hype. There is no quick way to lose weight. It takes patience, motivation and perseverance. It also takes a lot of work. To put weight loss on the most basic level: Calorie intake must be less than calorie output. You can't expect to keep eating double portions and lose weight.
Less calorie intake doesn't mean starving yourself. Your body is a complex machine. If it thinks it's being starved, it will store the fat and "eat" your lean muscle. Not good! Your body will be weaker, but you'll still have the fat.
Both nutrition and exercise play a part in helping you lose weight.
Nutrition. Fuel your body with the good stuff: protein, low-fat foods, vegetables and "some" carbohydrates. "Graze" during the day on healthy foods. Do not eat at night, especially high-fat foods just before bedtime.
Exercise. Yes, you do have to! Without exercise your body won't perform as it was meant to, that is burning the fat it takes in.
Exercising on an empty stomach gets better results. And you don't need to kill yourself doing it. Take it slow, especially at first, and build up your exercise routine each day or week.
Set goals. When you've reached the first, say walking one mile comfortably, go to the next. Perhaps, walking one and one half miles or walking at a faster speed.
You can lose weight. You only need to put your mind to it. Easy? No, not at all! But you can do it!
Here's a "healthy" weight loss system that can help. It's called "Ultimate Weight Loss Revealed." It explains what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat in order to reach the ultimate goal: Healthy Weight Loss.
